You can also withdraw by plain email to vicepc.slovensko@gmail.com. An unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the contract, together with your name and order number, is enough.
The conditions in short
14-day period
The period runs from the day you received the goods. It is met if you send us the notice no later than its final day.
Exception — VICE X builds
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your own specifications (§ 19(1)(c) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). It applies in full to standard catalogue builds.
Refund
We refund everything you paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice — by the same method you paid. We may hold the refund until the goods reach us or you provide proof of dispatch.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost; for a PC build, budget roughly €15 – 30. We'll send you the return address and the next steps in the confirmation email.
Diminished value
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. What you can and can't try out is set out under Warranty & Returns.
